Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Image To Music AI, including its website, accounts, image-to-music, text-to-music, lyrics, song generation, history, sharing, billing, and support features. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and may not use the service where prohibited. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Creative Inputs

You retain your rights in images, prompts, lyrics, titles, and other material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process those inputs only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for every input, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, voice, and likeness rights. Do not submit confidential or regulated information you are not authorized to process.

Generated Content

AI output can be unpredictable, inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee originality, copyrightability, non-infringement, model availability, exact duration, or fitness for a particular commercial platform. You must review output and clear any necessary rights before publishing, distributing, or monetizing it.

Your plan may allow personal or commercial use, but no plan grants rights in third-party material contained in an input or output. Public sharing is optional; you are responsible for content you choose to share.

Credits and Generation Failures

Generation features consume the number of credits shown by the product. Credits are digital service units, not cash or stored value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Credits may expire according to the plan or promotion that granted them.

If a provider rejects a task or a tracked generation fails, the service may automatically revoke the associated credit consumption. A completed result is not guaranteed to match subjective expectations and does not automatically qualify for a credit return.

Plans, Payments, and Cancellation

Prices, currencies, included credits, and renewal intervals are shown before checkout. Billing-critical values are determined by our server-side catalog, not by values sent from the browser. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through billing settings where available or contact support.

Payment processing may be provided by third parties. Their terms and policies also apply. Failed payments, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in withheld credits, restricted access, or account suspension.

Refunds

Digital credits and generation capacity can be consumed immediately. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and may also be governed by mandatory local law. Approved refunds may revoke related credits, subscription access, or benefits.

Acceptable Use

Use the service responsibly. You may not use it to:

• Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, voice, likeness, or other rights.
• Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or exploitative material.
• Harass, threaten, promote hateful abuse, glorify serious violence, or facilitate self-harm.
• Impersonate a person deceptively, commit fraud, mislead voters or consumers, or create harmful synthetic media.
• Generate malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, or instructions designed to compromise systems.
• Upload confidential or personal data you are not authorized to process.
• Circumvent content safeguards, authentication, credits, payment controls, provider limits, or rate limits.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service without authorization.

We may block inputs, fail or cancel tasks, remove public shares, restrict features, suspend accounts, revoke fraudulently obtained credits, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. Contact us if you believe enforcement was mistaken.

Availability and Providers

We rely on third-party AI, storage, database, payment, email, analytics, and support providers. We may change provider routing, models, credit costs, plans, or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free generation.

Suspension and Termination

We may block a generation, remove a public share, suspend an account, revoke improperly obtained credits, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, address payment risk, or protect users and providers.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations.

Changes and Contact
