Privacy Policy

How Image To Music AI collects, uses, stores, and protects information.

Last updated: 2026-07-10

Overview

Image To Music AI lets people create music from images, text prompts, and lyrics. This policy explains the information we process when you use the website, create an account, generate content, purchase credits or a subscription, contact support, or share a track.

Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, authentication records, language, profile settings, and account identifiers.
  • Creative inputs: uploaded images, music prompts, lyrics, song titles, model choices, and generation settings.
  • Generated content: audio files, task status, titles, result URLs, generation history, and related metadata.
  • Billing data: plan, order and subscription status, transaction identifiers, amount, currency, invoice or receipt links, and payment-provider records. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Support data: messages, attachments, and account details you send when requesting help.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, referral source, timestamps, logs, security events, and essential cookie identifiers.

Do not upload confidential information, government identifiers, financial credentials, medical records, or content you do not have permission to use.

How We Use Information

We process information to authenticate users, run image-to-music and other music generation tasks, store results, show private history, create user-authorized share links, manage credits and subscriptions, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate failures, secure the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

AI and Storage Providers

Creative inputs are sent to the AI infrastructure selected by our server for the requested capability. Generated audio and uploaded images may also be processed by storage and delivery providers. Provider routing, credentials, and internal model identifiers are not exposed in the public product interface.

An image selected in the browser is previewed locally first. It is uploaded only after an authenticated user starts an image-to-music generation. Some providers return temporary audio URLs; where required, we copy that audio to configured persistent storage before showing it as a completed result.

Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not assume that creative inputs are confidential.

Sharing

Music history is private by default. A public share page is created only when an authenticated user chooses to share a completed track. The share page uses an unguessable token and exposes only the public track fields needed to play and describe that track. The owner may revoke the share link. Anyone who already downloaded or copied the track may retain that copy.

Payments

Payments may be handled by Stripe or PayPal. Payment providers may process identity, billing, payment-method, device, and fraud-prevention data under their own policies.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security, preferences, and checkout continuity. Analytics or customer-support integrations run only when enabled in site configuration. Your browser may let you restrict non-essential storage, but blocking essential cookies can prevent account features from working.

Retention and Security

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may differ by data category and plan. We use reasonable access controls and transport security, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing. You can manage some information in account settings. Contact us to make a privacy request; we may verify your identity and may retain records that are required for security, transactions, disputes, or law.

Children, International Processing, and Changes

The service is not intended for children under 13. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
