Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Image To Music AI subscriptions, credits, and paid plans.

Refund Window

You may contact us at support@imagetomusicai.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Non-Refundable Usage

Refunds may be denied or reduced when:

  • Credits or generation capacity have already been used
  • The subscription period has already been substantially used
  • The request relates to content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy
  • The account shows abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, payment testing, or attempts to bypass usage limits
  • The purchase was made by mistake but the service was already used

Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription from billing settings. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Unless otherwise required by law, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Annual plans may renew at the regular annual price after any launch or promotional discount period unless canceled before renewal.

Failed, Duplicate, or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was duplicate, unauthorized, or caused by a technical billing error, contact us as soon as possible at support@imagetomusicai.com. We may request account details, invoice identifiers, and payment processor references to investigate.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@imagetomusicai.com with:

  • The email address on your account
  • The invoice, order, or payment reference if available
  • The purchase date
  • The reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment processor. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
