Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using Image To Music AI, including image generation, image-to-music generation, text-to-music generation, lyrics generation, uploads, prompts, generated outputs, account features, and downloads.

By using Image To Music AI, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. We may remove content, block generation requests, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe this policy has been violated.

Prohibited Sexual and Adult Content

You may not upload, request, generate, store, share, or distribute:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, NSFW, or adult sexual content
• Sexually suggestive content, including sexualized posing, framing, captions, lyrics, prompts, audio concepts, or visual references
• Nudity or partial nudity intended for sexual gratification
• Non-consensual nudity, revenge porn, leaked intimate content, or sexual exploitation content
• Deepfake sexual content, face-swap sexual content, celebrity porn, or sexualized impersonation of a real person
• Sexual services, escort services, prostitution, fetish services, or adult live-chat content
• Any attempt to bypass filters, moderation, or provider safety systems for sexual or adult content

Minors and Age-Ambiguous Content

We have zero tolerance for sexual, exploitative, abusive, or suggestive content involving minors.

You may not upload, request, generate, store, share, or distribute:

• Sexual or sexually suggestive content involving a minor, a person who appears to be a minor, or an age-ambiguous person
• Content that sexualizes youth, school settings, childlike characters, or minor-coded fictional characters
• Child sexual abuse material or any content that promotes, normalizes, requests, or facilitates exploitation of minors
• Attempts to transform, edit, caption, score, or remix images of minors in a sexualized way

We may report suspected child exploitation content to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Violence, Gore, and Harm

You may not upload, request, generate, store, share, or distribute:

• Graphic gore, mutilation, torture, sadistic violence, or explicit depictions of severe injury
• Content that encourages, praises, or instructs self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or real-world violence
• Threats, intimidation, stalking, harassment, or targeted abuse
• Instructions for making weapons, explosives, poisons, malware, or tools for physical or digital harm

Hate, Harassment, and Abuse

You may not use the service to create or distribute content that:

• Promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against protected groups
• Uses slurs or targeted harassment to attack people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or another protected characteristic
• Encourages bullying, doxxing, threats, extortion, or coordinated abuse

Illegal, Deceptive, or Regulated Uses

You may not use Image To Music AI for:

• Any illegal activity or unlawful product or service
• Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, document falsification, or impersonation
• Misleading commercial claims, fake endorsements, deceptive testimonials, or unauthorized use of another person's likeness
• Gambling, financial advice, medical advice, controlled substances, weapons sales, or other regulated activities without proper authorization
• Circumventing platform rules, payment provider rules, sanctions, export controls, or applicable law

Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights

You are responsible for the rights in the inputs you provide and the outputs you use.

You may not upload, request, generate, store, share, or distribute content that:

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights
• Copies or imitates protected songs, lyrics, album artwork, characters, logos, brands, or living artists without permission
• Uses another person's face, voice, name, likeness, or identity in a misleading, exploitative, defamatory, sexualized, or unauthorized way
• Requests music, images, or lyrics that are designed to pass as the work of a specific living artist, copyrighted song, or protected brand

Enforcement

We may review account activity, prompts, uploads, outputs, reports, and payment records to enforce this policy. We may refuse generation requests, remove content, restrict downloads, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or preserve and disclose information where required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time to reflect safety, legal, payment provider, AI provider, or operational requirements. Continued use of Image To Music AI after an update means you accept the updated policy.
